1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on StudyClvr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StudyClvr. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@studyclvr.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StudyClvr to: violate any applicable law; attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer or exploit the platform; or distribute spam or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and algorithms within StudyClvr are the intellectual property of StudyClvr Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
6. User Content
Content you create within the platform (notes, flashcards, study data) remains yours. By using StudyClvr, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this content solely to provide the service to you.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service outages.
8. Limitation of Liability
StudyClvr is a study planning tool, not an academic advisory service. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
