We collect the data you provide during registration (name, email address), your academic information (course level, subjects, exam dates, confidence scores), usage data (sessions completed, study durations), and technical data (device type, browser, IP address). We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, financial details, or government identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: generate and adapt your personalised study schedule; provide you with reminders and notifications; improve the accuracy of our planning algorithm; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics). All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained for service improvement purposes.
